When I first started, I was nervous about donating, but all of the staff here are great. They will answer any questions or concerns you have. I had a bad reaction the first time I donated and they immediately were by my side to help me out and comfort me. Kristan is so helpful and sweet in particular. The facility is clean and well-run. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to start donating.

I want to point out and thank Jackie, Sarah and the supervisor at this mentor location. I had a problem with a coupon not processing correctly and wasn’t paid the right amount when I donated. I called and asked about the issue and everyone was very accommodating and helpful through out the whole way. They resolved my issue and I ended up being paid the correct amount. I’ve been going here for about 10 years and will keep doing so because the workers are all very professional and make it an easy process every time I go!

I've been donating for over 4 yrs. From the second I walk in the door, I'm greeted with a friendly ," Hello" .
The Floor Techs are knowledgeable and very kind.
Of course I have my favorites. I've never felt rushed or ignored.. Patience is key when they are busy. I donate to help others and honestly the money I receive, I use for Christmas. I definitely would recommend that if you can donate, choose Mentor BioLife.

I have been going to this location for several years now. Very pleasant and friendly staff that makes each donation as painless as possible while having blood drawn. Staff makes an effort to put you at ease and the process is completed while I can take a break and catch up on shows on my tablet. There are fairly consistent promotions to increase the amount you receive for each visit. From the initial entrance survey to the final wrap around your arm it's a nice pause from the rest of the week when you can just lay down and make some easy extra money.
