  Called them and the owner Eric came out the same day and fixed the issue with our old Sub-Zero built-in fridge. Prompt, competent, and courteous service. Repairs covered with 1 year warranty.

  I have had other appliance repairmen who have done unprofessional work. I was very impressed by the repairman, Eric. Answered by call, diagnosed problem & came out to my home. Same day service, explained issues my refrigerator was having with no hidden extras as some repairmen do. Extremely professional, honest & fair. He even changed the light bulbs that I didn't know had burnt out. Now, I can see things in my refrigerator & looks like new. Thank you, Eric.

  Eric and his brother Kevin are open, honest, efficient and trustworthy. They quickly diagnosed and repaired both my sub zero refrigerator and freezer in a timely manor and fair cost. They are reliable and efficient and I am so happy to have found them to repair my sub zeros. I highly recommend them.
