It has made me be much more aware of what goes in my mouth, and has helped me be in control of those choices. As a result, the weight does come off quickly. For the most part, I really enjoy the food, and have even used the Ideal recipes to feed my family. I must add, however, that I have been very fortunate to have Michelle (Ideal Protein of Chester)as my coach!!! She is knowledgeable, professional and encouraging when I've needed it the most! I feel comfortable contacting her whenever I have a question or just need moral support. Ideal protein has been life-changing for me!
And ... I looked damn-good at my daughters wedding😉!
