Jill is one of the best customer associates I have encountered in years! She knows the food & her passion is apparent thru the service she provides! She is the best, bar none!

(October 9, 2018, 1:31 pm)What a difference in 24 hours. I decided to give this place another chance. The service was great and the assistant manager was very apologetic for the disaster on the previous day even though she wasn't even present at the time.
I still want to see the video the owner was looking at to make his comments below which are absolutely not true.
Thank you for your response to my comment earlier today regarding the horrible service. While I do agree that your worker was working very hard everything else in your comment is untrue. I placed my order at 1:13pm and walked out of the store without my bowl at 1:45pm. The bowl was still not ready or else I would have taken it as I no longer had time to get any lunch today. The manager never apologized and never offered a discount. The only thing he asked was for my credit card info. Please save the video as I would love to see it. I will be in your store tomorrow to see what you are looking at because it is clearly not me.
