  I’ve only just begun seeing Nicole, but in that short time I can see that she is so much different than the other therapists I’ve visited. She is extremely intuitive, she will help you work through what you’re feeling and dig deeper to find your own answers within yourself. She is validating, not once have I felt like any of my issues, concerns, or traumas were invalidated or minimized. She is easy to talk to and just crossing the threshold to her office filled me with an overwhelming feeling of safety and support. I’ve seen therapists before in the past, don’t get me wrong, but they either had a tendency to invalidate my feelings or it felt like I was just talking to a friend and not actually making any progress. Nicole isn’t like that. She has helped me learn so much about myself in just a short period of time and I am so excited to continue on my mental health journey with her.
