(April 1, 2021, 7:39 pm)We absolutely love Dr. Greenfield. My son was born preemie, just turning 1 year of age this month and we have been with him ever since. He is VERY accommodating, knowledgeable, takes you even when you’re late to your appt, does NOT rush you and takes calls after hours - and I am a worry parent! The office has one receptionist, so things are handled one on one rather than multiple staff and call backs. Also, there is never a long wait line for your time slot upon arrival, the most you’ll wait is about 20minutes which at other offices we’ve had wait time of 2+ hours. We really could not recommend anybody better!!! Two thumbs up for Dr. Greenfield!!
(October 28, 2020, 10:44 am)I couldn't recommend Dr. Greenfield any more highly. He is an exceptional doctor and he shows so much care for my 5 children. His demeanor is kind and gentle - my children just love him. He genuinely cares. He answers his phone at all hours! I have never spoken to a "doctor's service" when I call! It's either Sylvia or Dr. Greenfield himself on the line. He's been our pediatrician for the past 5 years...and that's my experience so far.
(May 9, 2018, 12:09 pm)Dr. Greenfield has a great deal of compassion for all of his patients and is completely focused on giving them the best level of care possible. I couldn't recommend a better pediatrician. He also works an incredible amount of hours and will take your child without appointment anytime for any reason. Dr. Efrem Greenfield is a model for how pediatricians should behave. If it were legal to clone people, there should be a Dr. Efrem Greenfield in every jurisdiction.
(February 20, 2018, 5:18 pm)Dr. Greenfield is the best pediatrician around. He takes time with each one of his patients and makes sure he answers every question.
During off hours, he always calls back right away and follows up with us to make sure that our daughter is improving.
