Towne Hyundai

My previous lease on Palisade Limited '20 was due, and I wanted to treat myself this time. I called around for a rare to-come-by Genesis AWD 3.5T Advance with 3rd row in a light interior. I went to another dealer that lied about their inventory and was forcing the "Prestige" on me without listening to what I wanted. Thank goodness for Hyundai Towne and, most importantly, Rafael Arismendi. Lord, he is a godsent. He was amiable, customer-centric, and a fun person overall. His emotional intelligence is superb. He listens and tries to get you what you want at the best deal possible. There were no bumps in the process where he was not there with me and for me. I highly recommend this dealer. If you are shopping for your next baby - please ask for Rafael; you won't regret it! I have Hyundai / Genesis dealers closer to me (this one is 40 mins away), and I will NEVER go to another Hyundai dealer ever again!

Bought two different Tucson’s from Joe in the past five months! He was amazing to deal with both times, and was always very clear and kept me in the loop during the entire process! His assistant was also fantastic and very helpful while learning how to operate our new vehicles! They are a great team, and we will be back!

Nicole Andes, Internet Sales rep, was wonderful. Extremely helpful, and answered all of my many questions. I was able to work out the deal via email with Nicole, and all I had to do when I arrived was test drive and sign my lease. Christian was also extremely efficient, and helpful. We were there for only about an hour or so. Great experience! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Hyundai.

I had an amazing experience with buying my new car from them. Since the beginning of the sale my assigned salesperson Jonathan was transparent and on point. So far their customer service has been fantastic. I am really hoping their car maintenance service is as good as the other services.

Towne Hyundai is the best!! I called ahead to find out what premium they charge over MSRP, they didn't play any games with me and were upfront. The premium was reasonable and we were able to schedule a same day visit. Danielle and Sonny were both super helpful. Sonny even took the time to sit in the vehicles with us after the purchase to go over how to use all the technical functions.
