“I am a new customer so I have only limited experience but Region was the only company willing to come out when we (thought we) needed oil. Peter, the rep., answered all of my questions. The price per gallon for the ceiling plan was competitive with other local companies. The best part is the tech (Sonny) who arrived to give us an emergency delivery was so knowledgeable and showed us that the problem was with the tank line and not the amount of oil we had. We were able to get a refund of over $260 from our heating company (not Region) for an earlier emergency call. Sonny took his time to check that the gauge was working correctly and measure the amount of oil in the tank. He didn’t have to do these things; he was only there to deliver oil. Because he did this, we were able to contact the other company for a refund.”
