Thank you Ruben in the billing department he made me feel so comfortable I had to tell him my store about how I got insurance three days before my first incident I was bagging out while a small truck was parked backwards and my 4x4 truck snagged the front bumper from the frame about three inches with out damaging the car it self smh thank you freeway agent and agents for always saying the right things to help customers like me feel a bit at ease one thing I learned from all this is being involved in a situation like that you become alone because everyone is for them self defending their pride.
