  Been with Whippany Boxing for 5 months now and it's the best thing I've done in a long time. Alex and his staff are experienced fighters and know their craft. The classes are fun and high intensity. After each session, I am drenched in sweat and out of breath.
  
  By attending 3-4 classes a week, I lost 10 lbs. and my blood pressure have come down. In addition, I feel more energetic.
  
  I highly recommend Whippany Boxing.

  I’ve been boxing off and on for the better part of 20 years and Whippany Boxing is the first place I’ve trained at that is super focused on technique and each individual member. I’ve learned more over the 6 months here than I had previously! It’s a fun, friendly atmosphere and classes are high energy, sweaty, and a phenomenal stress release. I look forward to these classes every day!

  Awesome place to train I am an mma fighter who has trained at many gyms and this is one of the best around . The head Coach Alec is a former pro fighter with a ton of experience and wealth of knowledge on martial arts. They focus on the fundamentals of boxing and build from there. The staff is extremely friendly and work with all all different skill levels. If your looking to compete they will get ya ready for it or if your just looking to get into shape they will work ya hard and reach the sport to. Definitely check this place out you won’t find another boxing gym like it.

  You will not regret taking a class with Alec and Whippany Boxing. Whether you’re looking to get in shape, get some endorphins, or punch out your frustrations from the day, this class will have you feeling amazing. The classes are great for all levels and skills. I leave the class feeling strong and looking forward to the next one. 10/10 would recommend!

  Highly Recommend Whippany Boxing! Saw an ad and walked in the door as a complete amateur looking for a workout after the winter blues. I'm now totally hooked attending 3-4 classes a week. Instructors are pros, workouts are intense and whether the class size is 4 or 10, I always feel like I'm getting personalized training. I never feel out of place, I feel like I fit in and I'm learning new skills with every class. Love love love Whippany Boxing!
