I’m gonna be totally honest here. I joined the gym about a year ago and I went one or two times. I needed to cancel my membership I had a doctor note. I have found that it’s not an easy experience and you always end up getting billed blah blah blah but, I have to give it to the manager CHRIS as he was fantastic. He did everything he said he was going to do! He emailed me a few weeks later with a receipt of my cancel as he said he would do! He was very affable and knowledgeable and just an all-around amazing person to work with.

One suggestion to PLANET FITNESS….there should be a way to complete a cancel remotely by completing a form abs submitting documentation. Just my thoughts.

Great places. Very nice employees. Answer all my questions with a positive attitude. Definitely enjoyed the experience

Frank B. Personal trainer at East Hanover Planet Fitness is the absolute BEST in his field, he is very caring, kind, professional and knows his craft. I can't ever recall a time when I didn't have fun in his classes! He also knows what the client always needs as far as workouts.

I have been going to PF in East Hanover for quite sometime now. It’s always nice to see a refreshing face in the morning. Megan is always pleasant and always makes sure she says “Good Morning” or Have a Nice Day”. She always helpful and answers any questions I may have. So many other gyms your always seeing different people. I’m glad she’s there.

Wonderful experience from the front desk, Megan to the trainer .Frank. Have gotten to know these two and they have made a wonderful difference to early morning workouts.
Frank is great. Always willing to help and teach you the best workout for you. What a personality!!!! Makes the time fly.
Megan always has a smile on her face bubbly and willing to help out with whatever you need.
Rest of the staff is very nice also. Clean gym!! Great place!!
