I gotta say John @ AMPED knows exactly what he is doing! I’ve known him for a few years now and his dedication to the sport reflects great credit to his new gym and the classes he runs. I went for the Boot Camp class as well as boxing, and let me tell you I haven’t been that winded from a work out since actual Marine Corps boot camp.
It is easy to get to, great location, and just a really nice gym.

I took a class at this facility and I was impressed by the knowledge and professionalism here. They are dedicated to pushing you to your limits , while making sure their techniques are top notch. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Make sure when you get there , you are ready to work. You'll need the extra shirts.

I must say that at first I was very hesitant looking into this kind of training. You know as well as anyone else could say about trying something new. Its out of the norm for most, but I will say that after my first time training at Amped I was completely surprised. Their instructors are very knowledgeable and they take the time to show you the proper moves and techniques. Compared to some horror stories I have heard about other places these guys are very personable and make you feel very comfortable in whatever they are teaching you. I look forward to training every week and making myself a better, stronger and more focused person.
