I first found Dr. Liao when I had a dental emergency happen. I was with my previous dentist for ~12 years and even traveled 1 hour to go see her. At first, I was a little uneasy at the thought of going with someone else, but it just made sense after I moved.
Dr. Liao and her staff were very welcoming from the first phone call and I quickly became comfortable with her. When I went to her, she was very articulate in what the issue was, how it was going to be fixed and the timeline. I was very pleased with the work she did and her way to make me feel comfortable.
