An exceptional place of business and would highly recommend her and the office for your insurance needs!! I walked out of the office with great knowledge of the insurance I was purchasing !

We consider Jean to be an important partner on our team of financial advisors, accountants, and estate attorneys who help us manage and protect our family finances. Our insurance needs are a critical component of that. Due to schedule conflicts, Jean and her colleague met with us on a Saturday to review our insurance needs. That meeting proved invaluable as some insurance gaps were identified and closed. I breathe easier and sleep better at night knowing that Jean and her team have done a thorough analysis of our insurance needs and closed the gaps and continue to keep an eye on everything for us. I am delighted that we are clients of Jean DiGrande.

(March 28, 2018, 9:55 pm)Everyone from the Jean DiGrande office could not be more helpful! Barbara was our first point of contact in setting up our policy - she is amazing! So detail oriented and a pleasure to deal with. When we had a tree fall on our roof during a recent storm, George reached out to see how we were doing and how he could help. The claims process has also been first rate. Our adjuster was great and came out quickly - plus he had to come out twice due to snow on our roof - and cut us checks on the spot during both visits. All in all, I can't say enough about the excellent customer service experience with State Farm, and in particular with the Jean DiGrande office. Highly recommend!!!
