This is a year overdue, from 08/21/23.
This was the scenario... It was a late afternoon appt, and unfortunately, they were short staffed, a bit behind schedule, & it was a bit hectic.
Joesph C. was the front desk attendant. He deserves credit & recognition for the way he spoke to people & handled the situation, that was not of his making.
He conducted himself in a professional, pleasant, honest & forthright way that he spoke to the customers, & handled their frustrations. He was as fair as possible in managing the scheduled appts.
I appreciated his excellence of customer service!

Dominic, the store manager, had friendly, helpful, and fair customer service. We had a tire blow out and they fit us in at the end of the day which was a blessing! Good price and good advice as well. Thanks
