Dave's Sound Repair is the absolute best! Friendly, reliable, trustworthy and knowledgable. I bought two Mesa Boogie bass heads to Dave, M Pulse 360 & Subway 800. Both were repaired quickly and a very fair price on both repairs. I highly recommend Dave's Sound Repair. Look no further.

Dave's sound repair is a complete hidden gem of a business. My understanding is that Dave primarily focuses on repairing sound equipment including guitar amps, etc. I have had minimal interactions with Dave but have found him very easy to deal with. In addition to Dave, Bill handles work on guitars and I have utilized Bill's services for professional setup of four of my guitars including two Fender Telecasters, a Rickenbacker 330, and a Gibson Les Paul. While these are all quality guitars on their own, after Bill worked on them, they played like entirely guitars and sounded and felt great. Bill really knows what he is doing with guitars and highly recommend his services. Anyone purchasing a new guitar should take it straight to Bill to be setup. Any issues throughout the life of a guitar whether it be repair or maintenance, Bill is the guy. I can't recommend this business highly enough.

These guys are the absolute best! I also loved hearing all the stories while I stopped by. Will definitely be going here for any and all future guitar work, and highly recommend them to anyone. Just note that it could take a bit of time depending on how busy they are, but quality is well worth it.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I brought Dave an amp that would not power on/no signs of life. In less than a week, I had a working amp that sounds better than it did before I brought it in. Pricing was extremely fair & honest -- he diagnosed the issue quickly and only fixed what was wrong with the amp (in this case, a faulty internal fuse). Will definitely do business here again -- really appreciate the help.

Finding someone reliable to work on your musical equipment can be stressful, but if you're close to Dave's Sound, look no further! He can fix amps, keyboards, and (from the looks of his shop) lots of other musical gear as well.
I was worried one day, early in the week, when I was getting a barely any signal from one output of my keyboard (a Hammond SK2). I had a bunch of gigs coming up and was worried I'd have to borrow a keyboard I was less comfortable with. I called up Dave and he said I could bring it right in. I told him about the issue with the output and that the volume knob was extremely loose. He said the volume knob was probably the issue and that it wasn't sending enough signal to the aforementioned output.
I explained I had gigs coming up and he got right to work on it. I was shocked at how fast he completed the repair! I thought I wouldn't get it back in time for my gig that weekend, but i did.
His original diagnosis was correct and my output port didn't need to be replaced. When I got the bill, I was surprised again at how fair his prices were! Working on keyboards is a very niche thing, so I figured it would be much more costly.
I can't recommend Dave's Sound Repair enough!
