Batteries Plus Bulbs #199 is by far the best store with the best customer service in the U.S.A. I have had horrible customer service from the Batteries Plus location (Kennesaw, GA). I would recommend anyone seeking qualified professional salespeople with impeccable customer service skills to visit Batteries Plus Bulbs #199. I have been visiting this store for years and every time I feel appreciated and welcome by the entire team. I currently live in GA. When my batteries stop working, I wait until I visit VA to take my watches to this store to get my watch batteries replace with their life-time battery policy. And I have about 7 watches listed in their system for life-time battery replacement. It doesn't matter for me; I will drive hours to get my watches service at this location. Not only is their customer service great but the way they take care of your merchandise is commendable. They treat my watches as if it was their own. If I were starting a business, I would hire this incredible staff. They are the blueprint of what customer service is all about. I would like to thank FHAIR and the entire team for all they do.
