I have been training with Becca Williams, for the past four years. Becca is a Bear Down Personal Trainer, with Black Bear Fitness. As I enter my senior years, my goal is to maintain physical strength and mobility. Becca works with me to achieve this goal. She carefully plans the exercises to be included in each half-hour session. Becca ensures I perform each exercise correctly. She guides me, so that I achieve the maximum benefit. She watches to ensure I avoid potential strains and injuries. You come away from Becca's training sessions with a feeling of accomplishment. You are tired and sweaty. It is a half-hour well spent!

Chris was referred to me and I’m so grateful he was! Whether you choose to work with him indoors or outdoors he is fully prepared with his “bag of tricks”. Be warned, Chris can transform a tree into an arms workout. No workout is ever the same. Chris has been instrumental in helping me build my strength following surgery. I credit our workouts with my ability to finish and recover from a recent 70-mile backpacking trip. He never ceases to amaze me on his understanding of the body.
