“Everyone at the Jefferson office was warm and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable and helpful. They even called me to let me know they were running a few minutes behind so that I could leave a little later for my appointment. The doctor and technicians were all so kind and knowledgeable as well. I’m terrified of needles and they walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable multiple times. They have great bedside manner! Would highly recommend!”

“He talked to me and my fiancé like we were people, actual people. Not dollar signs. He treated my fiancé with respect and kindness, REAL KINDNESS! And asked me, his future wife, about my opinions about his health! After reading more about him and his history he’s an actual saint. And now I see that for sure. He even is going to help me get papers for an ESA (emotional support animal.) I’ve only been here once and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. Five stars every time.”

“I’ve been a patient here for about 18 years. Dr O is my GP and aside from his knowledge, he is unbelievably kind and caring. At one point or another I’ve seen all the Dr’s here and they are all very good. The staff is amazing as well. Even short staffed and longer than normal wait times, they do their best to accommodate each and every person equally.”

“iPediatrics is absolutely wonderful. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and I am always happy with the appointments. Kristen takes the time to greet my children, addresses them, and makes everyone feel welcome and secure. The place never rushes you out and will always elaborately answer any questions that you have. I feel as though, they know my children. My children love to go there for checkups or when they are sick. Yesterday, I called for an appointment and was granted one that day instantly.”
