  Eye and helped me during my first visit. She is lovely and professional. Jim helped me my second trip and was incredibly knowledgeable. I left with gorgeous furniture and my family and I appreciate the thoughtful and informative staff! Thank you!

  I recommend to shop at Raymour and Flannigan furniture store. Service was outstanding And I am giving the whole team a 5 stars review for total supreme customer service. Calista Eboh Richardson our service consultant was effectual and most excellent. The Managers Matt and Wayne are intelligent and well informed. Beyond compare "Raymour and "Flannigan in Kinnelon NJ has the most prestigious "Crème De La Crem furniture in the area.

  My husband and I had a great experience at the Raymour & Flanigan store in Kinnelon, NJ. This store was our first stop. Over a week or 2, we looked in 5 other furniture stores, including another R&F store that happened to be across the lot from another famous furniture store. It was there that we learned that not all R&F stores are created equal. That particular store did not openly disclose their 2 day sale prices, and when we getting the price from the salesman, he quoted a best ever deal price, which was higher price than the advertised sales price. When we asked about the sale going on that day, he claimed that he didn't know anything about it. We left that store to go back to Kinnelon R&F where the sale prices were prominently displayed. We asked for Ziggy, the salesman we first met at the Kinnelon store and made the purchase.
  
  The R&F Kinnelon store was excellent with their follow-up after the purchase. Our furniture was delivered on the day promised, they kept within the window of delivery time and called an hour before arrival. They did an outstanding in setting up our new reclining sofa and loveseat. From the store personnel to the delivery personnel, they were professional and courteous. Gotta love it! It was a pleasure doing business with them. That other R&F store should take integrity lessons from the Kinnelon store.
