(August 14, 2018, 7:56 pm)Thanks so much guys. This 23 year old hand me down Haro rides like new. The fat front tire gets some "Wow". The knowledgeable tire combination looks great. Riding it feels as great as it looks. The sport seat is supportive and comfortable. Super excited to rip up some trails!!! Definitely coming in for adjustment and tuning.
(July 8, 2018, 9:36 am)The owner and staff are really nice, always helpful. I bought a bike and many items over the years and I always walk out with a smile on my face. Dimitri was kind enough to come on his own time to my son's Boy Scout troop to teach them about mountain biking and bicycle maintenance. I took my son's bike in the other day because it wasn't shifting well. They inspected the bike on the spot. I decided I wanted to fix it myself and they gave me the parts I needed and tips how to do it. It is such a pleasure doing business with them. They take great care of their customers.
(June 28, 2018, 6:55 pm)Bicycle Tech gave me by far the best experience I’ve had as a customer, period. I normally don’t leave reviews, but the staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and went above and beyond to correct the issue I was having with my bike. I met with a gentleman named Steve who explained the solution to my bike issue in detail to help prevent any further occurrences. I genuinely appreciated their customer service and I would HIGHLY recommend giving them a visit if you’re having any issues with your bike whatsoever. 5 stars, and I would give 10 stars if I could.
(June 20, 2018, 8:34 pm)I don't have a fancy bike and I always need little things done such as new tires for my son's bike and had a baby seat installed on mine. The staff is so nice and helpful!! Everyone who has helped me has been exceptional and they take me right away.
(June 2, 2018, 7:43 pm)Amazing! I went 10 minutes before closing thinking I had a flat tire but Steve helped me and said tire just was very low on air. He also took another 10 minutes to tweak and adjust everything at no charge. Of course, I gave him a tip for his time. Highly professional and recommended.
