“I called & Rubin came out on a Sunday to help us install our washer & dryer which was so unexpected & greatly appreciated. I'm pregnant and Home Depot/GE delivery/installation screwed us over and we needed to wash baby clothes ASAP. So Rubin came & it turned out that the job was WAY BIGGER THAN EXPECTED. He did what he could on the Sunday & then came back the next morning!! He re-worked the entire amateur piping that was previously there, (which would of caused issues down the road) helped us take down the door molding, cast iron shelving unit & squeezed in our heavy stackable washer/dryer that day. We were in a situation where many plumbers turned us down, & Rubin went out of his way to make sure the washer/dryer was installed, but in the correct way as well which took a lot more time and effort.
