Gina was our amazing design associate! She went above and beyond to make our entire carpet installation experience easy and very timely! She listened to our needs and came to our home with numerous samples that would work for us. She helped us pick out a beautiful carpet for our space. She communicated often to let us know when the carpet was arriving, when it would be installed, and who would be installing it. We knew exactly when the installers were on their way. They wide selections of carpet to choose from; the carpet installer was excellent having 21 years of experience. Gina was very accomodating and pleasant to work with.

We were in need of a new rug in our rec room due to the flood from hurricane Ida. I completed a form on the Internet requesting service. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Gina Walljasper from Floor Coverings International. I explained to her that another well known company had failed to show up today after making an appointment two weeks prior. I asked Gina how long would it take to get someone here. She said she would be here the day after tomorrow. Two days, great. She came. She was very nice, very knowledgable, and very helpful in helping us to pick a new carpet. Less than one week later, we have a beautiful new carpet. Great service, great price, and the installers did a great job moving furniture around as my wife and I are in our 70’s. I would definitely recommend Gina’s service to anyone needing a rug, carpets, or tiles.
