(April 25, 2018, 12:58 pm)FTC offers so much more then other fitness centers, you are truely treated like a person, the staff is attentive, friendly and best of all motivating. A great friendly atmosphere where members are all ages, shapes, and abilities. Other members are supportive , friendly and approachable. Different fun events are always planned to make workouts fun, group events outside the gym to bring members together with no pressure at any time. Knowledgeable staff in fitness and nutrition are available. And the self defense aspect is amazing teaching real world techniques to defend yourself in real life situations, easy to learn and proven to work.
