I was a patient at this office when it was under Dr Baragona for years, Dr Soufanati has continued the quality care I got used to during that time.
Unfortunately, there can be some dentists who always try to "push" some kind of sale to you while you're sitting in the chair. Dr Soufanati doesn't do that. Along with giving the office a nice remodel she brings a level of integrity and class I have rarely found in the field. Along with that I've never been disappointed in any of her hygienists.

Amazing experience at this office. The staff is friendly and even with COVID, still gave their smiles through a masks. They helped me feel comfortable from beginning to end of my appointment. Dr. Soufanati took her time to go over my treatment and options during my exam. And when it came to treatment, I didn’t feel a thing. She is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. Definitely recommend them!

EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is by far the best office and staff I have ever been to. I have followed Dr. Carol since she was in Springfield in 2013. I literally travel an hour just for her. I will never see another dentist ever again. Everyone is friendly and they actually care about there patients. We have always been treated like family here. If you don’t go to them then your not getting the best care.

I absolutely love this office! From the moment you walk in, the front desk is always so friendly and helpful, the place is completely immaculate and I couldn’t be more impressed by Dr. Soufanati and her dental team. Her cosmetic work is phenomenal and no one can even tell I have fillings and a crown. The assistants and hygienists are experienced, friendly and professional. I am so happy I chose them!
