The loss of our mother was sudden and unexpected. Melissa, Emma and the rest of their staff were all terrific. They were professional, empathetic, caring and organized. They provided myself and my family guidance where guidance was needed and made the entire process swift and stress free. We were so fortunate to work with them, and I will think of what they have done for my family for many years to come.

She helped us to get in touch with mom's nursing home and have money transferred which helped us with bills. She was very sweet and nice on the day we were saying goodbye to our mom. Melissa gave us recommendations so everything would be done properly and in a timely manner.
