Figures & Physiques Personal Training Studio

I can't say enough good things about this place. I started off only wanting to train twice per week and now am up to four. The workouts are effective and change weekly due to your specific goals. The staff there make you feel like family and it is a very comfortable environment to work out in.

Kenny and Michelle push you to try harder, while making sure form is correct to protect from injury. Before, I didn't enjoy working out, but actually look forward to my sessions now.

Michelle is very encouraging trainer---truly cares about my goals and helps keep me on track. I came to the gym after taking a couple months off from working out and my endurance already has greatly improved. Kenny is a seasoned trainer with a heart of gold. Not only great trainers, but great people.

Not sure why I spent several years going to a very expensive over-crowded gym in the area when Figures and Physiques has been here all along! So glad I found them!

Nice studio and great coaches! I really love training with Kenny and Michelle. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to get system training.

Michele is a great trainer at Figures & Physiques & inspired me to do more. Very attentive & understanding of my fitness goals. Not the typical "cookie cutter" workout, as she made it customized to me, my abilities & made me actually look forward to going to the gym again. The atmosphere at Figures & Physiques is incredibly welcoming and motivating. The studio is spotless and has all types of equipment you could imagine. My trainer, Michelle, deserves a special shoutout. Her expertise and dedication to motivating me to achieve my fitness goals have been remarkable!! This is an amazing personal training facility! Just recovering from shoulder surgery, first day back into the gym after 7 months and already have a crazy pump. He knows exactly what weight not to cause pain but give you the pump that’s needed!
