Thunder Fitness

I was looking for a gym that provided group training early in the morning so I could workout and shower before going to work. Thunder Fitness appeared in my IG feed and I took advantage of their 7 day free trial. They have many different plan options to fit your preferences so group training is not their only option. The facility is clean and large enough for the group to workout/train without being on top of each other. Each session is different but you learn the steps quickly from their friendly trainers. We cycle through boxing, strength training, cardio, etc. There’s an app where you can book your sessions and it emails you a reminder. I’m so glad I found Thunder Fitness!

Happy to have found this hidden gem. Clean facility with knowledgeable and friendly trainers. I’ve been to a lot of training facilities and this is by far my favorite. Highly recommended!

I joined Thunder a little before thanksgiving and was hesitant to try a new place. But I’m so glad I joined at the same time I wish I joined earlier. The classes are great. They fit all levels. You can modify to either accommodate your level or push you more. The owner and the trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable to everyone’s needs.

Strength training was something that I wanted to do my whole life. A good friend has mentioned Thunder Fitness to me. And a few days later, I met a person who's been with Thunder Fitness for 13 years and has no plans of leaving, which tells you a lot about the quality of this place. It's been three weeks, and I already see good results with one on one training. Both the owner and the trainer are very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Training is tailored to meet everyone's individual needs and goals. Even though I always stayed physically active, what I am learning at Thunder Fitness is above my expectations. It's a happy place with everyone being friendly and always smiling, which is beyond important quality for a place where you come to work on your health goals!

My biggest challenge was finding a place where I have someone watching over me and correcting my posture in a group setting. I looked into many gyms and finally found my home. Austin is amazing and has eyes in the back of his head. Jeremy is so supportive and helps me stay accountable and between the two of them I believe my success is inevitable. I love this place and love these 2 guys for helping me be a healthier fitter version of myself!!!!
