  VisionWorks of Pompton Plains/Pequannock is our family’s go-to eyeglass shop.We have been going to them for years. It’s a company store you can trust. They always have a nice selection to choose from at affordable prices. We would like to give a special shout-out and notable mentionbe to Mohammed. He has raised the bar when it comes to quality customer service. We once walked into the store with minutes to closing time and he has assisted us with the same poise and posture and attention as if the store has just opened. Never once making us feel uncomfortable or rushed because the store was about to close. He has consistently worked with us in choosing the perfect glasses at the right cost for all of my children. My children recognize the caring and unique attention that Mohammed gives to them and appreciate the help and respect given to them especially when they are undecided. He is very patient and kind and also provides great customer support over the phone. Peter is great too. We have bought 4 pairs of glasses on three separate occasions in the past 3 months and the service has been consistently excellent. We will continue to go here for our family’s eyeglasses and encourage you to do the same. Thank you VisionWorks!

  I had a great experience at this location. Peter P. was extremely helpful throughout but especially with my eye exam (and the dreaded air pressure test). Doctor Fueres and the rest of the staff were friendly and made my visit a smooth one.

  I have been a customer for years and I always have a very pleasant experience. The staff is wonderful and the selections are great!

  Went for a sale recently and got a good deal, saving me a lot on glasses. Staff was super helpful and I didn't waste my whole day waiting to be done.
