“The bagels are good. They have a good crust and nice chew on the inside. The breakfast sandwiches are great. They do a really nice job with those. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that we called ahead with an order for pick up at a specific time. When we arrived they couldn't find the order at first. They found it eventually, but they hadn't put it together or made any of the sandwiches yet. It was a big order for a brunch, which is why we called ahead, and it took a while to get it all together.”

“My husband and I dropped in to get some information and ideas as we begin our Kitchen upgrade project.We met Nick, and reviewed our current layout, dimensions, and pics of our small circa 1955 kitchen. After a 15 min. exchange of wants and needs, Nick helped us realize we had many more great cost effective options then we realized. After a half hour with Nick, he created a computer image of how our kitchen could look using stock sized cabinets. Nick nailed the design, and then educated us on the project process. While Luxcraft focuses on cabinets and installation, he responded to our request for Sub contractor referrals for other material & labor needs to complete the project. The cooperation, professionalism, and creativity Nick provided was exceptional, and exceeded all expectations of our ‘Drop in/ just looking’ visit. We where expecting to ‘refresh’ rather then ‘replace’ our kitchen. Now with the wealth of information Nick supplied, we have an unexpected option to consider. Regardless of our final path, I highly recommend Nick/Luxcraft for the creative, informative, professional customer service. Well Done....👏👏👏”

“Best. Experience. Ever. I went last week for the first time for the hour foot massage. Well, I fell asleep twice! It was amazing! Totally covid safe- all the massage chairs were in their own little plastic bubbles and the way you sit in the chair, your legs are up on your own little ottoman sticking out the end of the plastic so the massage therapist is outside your bubble as well. Very clean and sanitary, professional zen atmosphere; lights are dimmed, soft music, comfortable chairs. Long story short, I went again last night, and booked again for next week as well. I’m totally hooked. Thankful for the masks as it hid the fact that I was so relaxed my mouth was totally gaped open! I highly recommend this place”

“I found 1SC through Angie’s List when we were building our new house. Ryan came by to discuss how to beat wire the house for A/V and the first impression was excellent. Ryan comes with a vast expertise in this field including knowledge of the latest home automation and technology. Never did he try to upsell nor pressure me. He was very consultative and inquisitive of how the right technology could provide the user experience I was looking for. The BOM and pricing was straight forward. The 1SC install team is second to none and did an awesome job setting everything up and Ryan was right there to ensure what we had designed was implemented. A few post install questions were quickly answered. A year after the House was done we leveraged Ryan for the basement man cave and the experience again was excellent. I’m happy to say that we remain a happy client of Ryan and 1SC and highly recommend them.”

“I've know Dave and formerly Jack for years and are salt of the earth establishment. Advised when I needed a commercial vac and carries all the parts I need and at very fair prices. Of course they'll never beat basement prices, but who could and stay in business for a substantial amount of time, like Crazy Eddie or Comp USA. Where Costco has two or three models small shops as this carries thirty or fourty and has to sell and repair all in one stroke. You really want small shops as this to go out of business, really ? I can't get an oversized rubber band anywhere anymore because all the small stationary stores have closed because of Staples, ugh !! Attitude goes both ways and against what Robert Irvine, customers isn't always right, give an attitude, get an attitude. Walk in with a smile and get one in return. How much trust would you give to a kid in doing repairs or is it more comfortable to have a store owner getting it right. Or are we doomed to the disposable society and disappearance of our beloved mom and pop shops. In a small shop like this when I needed a hose extension, it was here. Need a replacement wand it was here. Though sometimes I needed an oddball item and had Dave scratching his head, was better than anyone else in them Depot places walking ten minutes to find, they didn't understand what you were asking for, nor cared.”
