When it came time for my old copier lease to be renewed, Tim Junior was surprisingly there at my doorstep, asking if we needed anything. As all sales people are usually pushy, I would say he was nowhere near pushy, but consistent, very friendly, personable and knowledgeable, and his winning smile got him an opportunity to speak with me about the business. Unfortunately I ended up choosing my previous copier company for the new lease with the idea…

Quickly, I found out that I had made a big mistake and we got the wrong copier for the job and after five months of misery, I asked Tim Senior and Tim Junior for help! They were there with me every step of the way - we tried to switch over to them since I had made a bad mistake and the copier I was given was lacking every feature I needed to do my job. Unfortunately I could not get out of my contract but for sure next time around I would definitely go with Tim Senior and Tim Junior from American documents, Solutions!!
I had a great experience with ADS leasing and setting up a multi function machine in our office. The in person visit to scope out our needs was very helpful, and installation went smooth. Nice people, good prices and it is reassuring to know that there is a local presence to stand behind their services and assist when needed. Definitely recommend!
You don’t know me, but I am a very satisfied client that wanted to reach out you to let you know about two employees in your company, Courtney Heller and Alyssa Olechiw. Both of these individuals went well beyond my expectations in assisting me with the return of a copier at the end of the lease period with my previous supplier. This supplier was giving me a hard time with the return and Courtney and Alyssa stepped in and walked me through the steps necessary for the safe return of the copier, completely guiding me through the process. I just wanted you to know how fortunate you are, in my opinion, to have two very special people working with you.
