  I am a Nurse Care Manager and love this company. They make all of my patients feel like they are their top priority. Back Home Safely will come out and provide information on making homes more accessible and put no pressure on people to decide right away. My clients ultimately decide to have the work done and it is always top notch. They have put ramps, grab bars and ceiling lifts in my clients homes. Once the work is done they will come back right away if there are questions or concerns that need to be dealt with in person. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to make their home more accessible to keep a family member home no matter what their disability is.

  That's what we did! Recently, we were unexpectedly faced with having to install stair lifts, and other equipment such as grab bars, raised toilet seats, etc., at our northern New Jersey home. Time was of the essence, as a family member was scheduled to return home from an inpatient rehabilitation facility and would need to rely on the home modifications being in place.
  Immediately, I called BACK HOME SAFELY and was pleasantly surprised when the representative pulled our file dating back to May 2014. I was even happier upon learning that the prices quoted at the time of the original home assessment would remain unchanged. A home visit was scheduled to confirm measurements for the stair lifts installation, as well as for the other equipment. A work order was then scheduled and completed prior to the family member returning home. Special thanks to Mike who diligently installed our stair lifts and for taking the time to explain how to operate the system. He was very personable throughout the installation and a pleasure to have in our house.

  Back Home Safely is great! Not only was the assessment excellent and beyond what I could see but after we were home, they happily came back and made adjustments. My friend who recommended the company had a toilet repair after 10 months and they came out to fix it. I spent 30 years doing visiting nurses and I think this is a real find for people in a difficult situation of having to amend their home to avoid nursing home care Thank you, Diana

  We would give Back Home Safely 100 stars if possible. Every member of the staff far exceeded our expectations in kindness, courtesy, compassion, professionalism and friendliness. The installation of a chair lift was seamless and Mike took the time to explain all of the workings, trained us in its use, and displayed such patience and humor with us. We were so impressed with their service and care, we called them back to fit the bathroom with more safety grab bars. We are so grateful to have found a company who treats their customers like family
