They offer their opinions without pressuring you into making a decision. They were able to make my engagement ring EXACTLY how I wanted it and it turned out beautiful and I'm so grateful for all of their assistance!

Jessica was incredibly helpful, super nice, friendly and accommodating. We had such a positive experience there getting wedding bands and my ring appraised!! Will definitely continue to go there in the future!!
