We came back from a week at the shore to find that a large branch had snapped off the oak in our yard and broke through the roof during a storm. It was a Monday evening. After dealing with my insurance company, I called 5 other adjusters. Either no reply or not available until the next day. I gave Restore a shot. He said he'd be over in 45 minutes. That was Monday. They've already begun the dance to get the proper repairs paid for. The last time I had an insurance claim with a rental property of mine, I opted to use a public adjuster, and we were several weeks in before we got to the same point I'm at now. Restore has handled everything, without me needing to keep following up with phone calls.
