“Truth...Staff is awesome! Now the experience...First time we let the unknown and fear make us hesitant but it's 3 minutes...it's not as cold as you think because it's dry and your head, feet and hands are covered " which usually is what gets the coldest on our body". You get through the session and feel good. Now...2nd time, you're more comfortable because you did it once, you leave feeling amazing. I've suffered from inflammation problems. Arthritis, etc.. I'm now addicted...No pain...no inflammation...my body and skin look so much better. My energy is up...I'm so excited I found something that works for me. I Literally feel like a new beginning and Second chance to living my life. It's so worth it. I highly highly recommend going to Below body bar...you won't know what you're missing till you try. The facial made huge improvements...I go in the sauna first, then freeze...The combination for me is amazing. “In August 2017, I visited the Essex Fence Company showroom to explore my options of installing a vinyl privacy fence on my property. I had quite a few questions. My sales associate Bill was wonderful. I explained some of the unique challenges my property might pose with the installation. One of which was the mature trees that bordered my property and that of my neighbor. I explained to Bill that I am a "tree hugger" and was determined to do what I could to preserve the trees. A few days after my visit to the showroom, Bill came out to my property to perform the estimate. I received the estimate in less than a week and decided to hire Essex Fence mostly due to my interactions with Bill. I felt like it was a true partnership as he had plenty of great suggestions for meeting my needs. The installation went great! Rolando, Brandon and Dave did a fantastic job installing my fence and custom gate. I couldn't be more pleased and cannot recommend Essex Fence more highly.”

“Very clean gym, staff is very kind. This gym mainly has machines, not so much free weights. They have a lot of treadmills, stair climbers, and elliptical machines for cardio. The Rest Rooms are very clean, which is something you can’t say about a lot of gyms. The price point is what gets me, it’s SUPER affordable. The hours for the gym are also a thumbs up from me.”
