They thought of all the little details, like gathering cards from the floral arrangements, packing all of our family photo's up after the wake. The teachers set a great example for the students and get the students to match that example: in attitude and effort. The teachers find this great balance between pushing the students to be the best they can be, expecting the most out of them, and having a fun and lighthearted approach to help them keep going with a smile and laugher. They build them up without falsely leading them to believe that "everyone gets a trophy" without dedication and perseverance - and when their effort and progress are seen, it's recognized.
