This hotel is easy to get to and the staff was very friendly. They stocked a small but varied selection of snacks and drinks at the front desk. The room was spacious and clean.
Co-workers stayed here, stopped by to attend the evening social and discuss work-related matters. Staff was friendly, drinks were good, atmosphere was nice for a business trip. I've also stayed here as a guest about a year ago and remember it being a pleasant experience.
i highly recommend the residents Inn Marriot . We have a fire in March 2018 . My family and i lived in here for 6 months. We felt like we were home . The whole staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. They made us feel at home. We are a family of 4 and we had very nice double rooms and a kitchenette. My girls were very happy. The manager Jackie is amazing. The from desk people were always helpful and friendly. The housekeepers worked very hard to keep the rooms clean. Janice ,Melissa , Joe and Don went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we need. i want to thank them all they done for my family and i. Great job everyone. Our house was repair after the fire and we were able to come home.
Stay here all the time on business. Better than other nearby hotels. Exercise room is great, only wish they would get a upright exercise bike besides the 2 treadmills. Great breakfast in morning. This place is very popular for weddings and business traveler so book your room early.
I got a room upgrade to 2 bedrooms due to my platinum status. I had to work my entire stay there so I never experienced any of the amenities (pool, whirlpool). This review is strictly about the room. My toilet had a dark brown stain that no flushing can remove. The tub required to move the stopper or else water would not flow to the drain. The bed was too soft for my taste and the tissues were too rough. I do think the staff is very kind and helpful. There is also a nice assortment of tea to quench your thirst throughout the night. They are also constantly overbooked due to special events like weddings.
