“I have been bringing my 3 grandchildren to this office for 5 years. I have been beyond pleased with the care that they receive. My youngest has had a lot of work, including some crowns. He is now 8 years old and is not afraid to go to the dentist at all. My 2 granddaughters are older and are quite happy there also. I would recommend this office to all parents looking for a warm, comfortable, happy experience. It is decorated so beautifully with children in mind. The same hygienists have been seeing my grandchildren since the beginning. I think this is commendable for an office to have the same staff year after year. “Dr. Messer is one of the most knowledgeable Dentists I have ever been to. He was recommended by a friend who knew I needed help with teeth that were never corrected in my 60 years. My bite was off, I did not know... Dr. Messer not only recognized what the problem was but explained the issue and the plan in layman terms. Finally, it all made sense, and not one dentist ever took the time to educate me on the bite. He did not have to do that, he could have just put crown after crown on like all the others, but he knows that ultimately there is a logical reason why something is not working and the patient deserves to hear the truth and the best plan for the future. His practice allows you to come in and relax and learn what the best approach is first, then we sat in a friendly meeting in his conference room that goes through the suggested steps digitally. “Being a very busy parent and trying to get my daughter to her appointments, Dr. Baumwoll and staff are very accommodating and I can usually get my first or second choice in appointments. Even on school holidays. They are quick and efficient. My daughter had a problem with a wire on a day she was closed but she made arrangements and opened up our office for her to adjust the wire so my daughter was comfortable for the weekend. No doubt that I am happy that I switched from another orthodontist. My daughter really admires her and is considering in a career in orthodontics :)”

“I went in for a routine cleaning and my name was called and was greeted with a smile, she introduced herself as Anita and shook my hand. Very nice connection and customer service skills, made good conversation and was funny. During my cleaning she gave me tips and advice on how to take care of my teeth better and brought up areas I needed more work in that she noticed while looking. Did a very nice job cleaning my teeth. Great job!”
