“I called Ace at 5 o clock in the morning when I got home from vacation to see 3 inches of water in my basement. They were there within an hour, got rid of the water, and left me drying machines. I had my insurance adjuster come to my house to find out that he suggested cutting the walls to prevent mold, luckily Ace was able to do all of that for me as well as putting it all back. I was extremely happy with them for three reasons: 1. They actually pick up the phone when you call them 2. They did great work and did everything from start to finish so I did not have to start calling different contractors. 3. Ace worked with my insuarnce, they literally took care of it to the point where I didn't even have to get involved with the billing at all. I would definitely recommend them, we also got a coupon from them in the mail so we used them to clean our carpets and couches upstairs.”

“We discovered that we had a sewage leak from our upstairs bathroom dripping into our kitchen 5 days before my due date with our first child. Restoration 1 was so accommodating and made our situation a priority which was amazing. The lead person on the job, Matt, was at my house within an hour of reporting the problem. By that afternoon our tech, John, was in the house starting to bring in the air scrubbing equipment and the dehumidifier. Our kitchen & bathroom were sealed off by the end of the day and they were back the next morning to remove all of the damaged areas and start the air purifying process. Matt was great as he called our homeowners insurance and filed the claim for us knowing exactly how to handle it. He let everyone at the insurance company know it was a time sensitive case. We made the claim on Wednesday afternoon and our adjustor was at the house Friday in order to see the damage and provide an estimate. They also recommended a contractor to for the reconstruction of our bathroom floor & kitchen ceiling. During an already stressful time, it was great to have such expedited & courteous service that allowed my husband and I to feel safe in our home. We would definitely recommend Restoration 1 in the future to anyone looking for water/mold remediation. Thank you Matt & John!”
