Newark Liberty International Airport

This is probably one of the best US based terminals as it is newly revamped and has almost everything that a traveller needs. Loved the work stations throughout with ample outlets for charging laptops as well as USB chargers for phones.

This really made a difference in those long layovers between the flights.

I can only speak to my experiences at Terminals B and C as I only fly Delta or United. The airport is constantly under upgrade and construction and the improvements keep coming. Terminal C was recently upgraded. Parking is difficult and expensive so I usually use off site parking which is quite a bit cheaper. (About $6 per day less)They have decent facilities in both terminals for eating and the facilities are clean and you feel safe..

For international travelers

Pro:
Not that busy compared to JFK.
Tablets available in departure terminal, and they provided some rewarding games, you can win some free food if you’re lucky.

Con:
Not convenience for New Yorkers who doesn’t have a car. $17 bus ticket per ride if you leaving from New York, round trip is cheaper.

Wonderful airport! The agents were very friendly and employees offered excellent service to my family. Security and check-in were very quick and we were escorted to our Gate in no time! Despite how busy the airport is, the airport is amazing.
