“I received two estimates for painting the interior of my newly purchased 2 bed/2 bath home in Silver Ridge Park North Berkeley Twp Toms River. Ed Madej painting was higher by more than 25%. From the first time I met Mr. Madej I knew in my gut he was the real deal. That coupled with the fact that I was scared of low bidders on painting work since the outcome relies heavily on the craftsmanship and work ethic of the painter. I gave the job to Ed. Ed does the estimating AND is there on the job with his crew every step of the way watching every detail. Ed inspects all surfaces with a 500 watt quartz flood light which is extremely revealing. Ed and his crew spent close to 2 weeks preparing all surfaces - skimming, patching, sanding until the walls and ceiling were very close to perfection. Ed and his crew were on the job every day from start to finish. I am 72 years old, have done much painting of my own and know first hand that the quality of a painting project is totally dependent on the care and attention to detail during the prep stage. Ed's care, work ethic and supervision of his crew is the best I have ever seen. The work is complete - I am extremely pleased and know the higher price I paid was worth every penny.
