I had bought a pair of sunglasses from the Atlantic City location while on vacation, which I had later seen that they were scratched. I had emailed Kim and she was very helpful and kind in sending me a new pair scratch-free and was very apologetic in all that I went through in having to drive 2 hours back down to return them.
