(September 10, 2018, 9:04 pm)We had a great time at Cedar Creek. We are a family of four using a tent site. Our site was very spacious and private at the same time. I have 2 young kids who loved the two playgrounds each with a variety of attractions. The campground is right by an awesome bike trail which we used to take us to a little quiet beach which also had another playground and super clear water in addition to bathroom facilities. Speaking of bathrooms, bathrooms at the campground were all clean and well maintained. In addition, they were close to our site. This place had nice activities planned for the kids (face painting, balloon making, ceramics, magician/ventriloquist show, hayride). We couldn’t take advantage of canoeing/kayaking because I have a 3 year old. The age for boating is 5. The food in the snack bar was good and available all day. Camp store had everything. Pool was really big and had two slides. Also, went to 10 or 12 ft in sections. It would be nice if they added a kiddie pool or area because children under four feet could not stand anywhere in the pool except for the steps. I was surprised but pleased to see that pool has lifeguards. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that there is no peace at night. It doesn’t get quiet until about 1:00 - 2:00 am and I like my beauty sleep.
(August 9, 2018, 7:26 pm)This place is the absolute best! My family and I come here once a year, for one or two weeks. The pool is awesome, the staff are awesome, and I have a lifetime of great memories from the time that I've spent at Cedar Creek. It's one of my favorite places that I've ever been to. Try it- you won't be disappointed!
