“I was Scheduled to see Dr. Milazzo on a Friday, however an emergent situation arose with my health while in another office 2 days earlier. My Hematologist called Dr. Milazzo's office to see if I could be seen that day as an emergency. I was given an appointment to arrive in 2 hours. I was a new patient and new to this type of practice. I did not know what to expect. I was terrified with the diagnosis of a blood clot and had so many questions. From arrival to dismissal, I was greeted with smiles and respect. Dr. Milazzo was incredibly honest, kind and informative. I can not say enough about how much he eased my stress and gave me detailed information. I was given an appointment for further testing to be done at the hospital the next day. Once my test was complete, Dr. Milazzo called me within a few hours to go over my results and follow up on my medications. I had an issue filling a prescription from another Dr.'s office and Tina from Dr. Milazzo's office made sure it was worked out before she left for the day. This office is, professional, thorough, and worth 10 stars! The team is amazing and I highly recommend this facility should the need ever arise.”
