As a last resort we stopped in the office and Ashley went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. She even went into her car to get her own stuff for us to borrow. It was so helpful and sweet. This has not been the first time she has gone out of her way to help people and you can just tell by all the great reviews. Public storage is very lucky to have someone who cares so much about their customers. Thank you! I came in to make my dad's payment and inform her that my dad's trailer would be out for a few days.
