Can’t speak highly enough of them. New to the area and heard about them, normally I cook my own meals but with 2 toddlers and full time job while trying to prep for a show. I couldn’t do it without them, great customer service as well. Highly recommend these guys !

This place has never disappointed! I recieved my order on a Tuesday, as I normally do. Tuesday night we were evacuated due to the wildfires here in ocean county. Luckily our house was standing but we did lose power and lost everything in our fridge and freezer. Yes, our brand new order we didn’t even touch.
I emailed letting them know we lost it due to the emergency and was hoping for any help. Christian got back to me and without question, replaced our entire order and refunded us. FAR MORE than I ever expected. It was one less thing I had to worry about. On Thursday we had our replacement order and the power to refrigerate it.

I ordered through doordash. This food is amazing!! So delicious and fresh! I got the grilled chicken, green beans and jasmine rice and protein balls for a snack. Wow!! Just Wow!! I definitely found a new healthy food spot and I am going to tell everyone about it!!! I will absolutely be back!!

Like some I have always been skeptical about ordering meal preps as the food is usually bland and not “interesting” that’s not the case here. The food is AMAZING and you can tell the quality of the ingredients is top notch with no cutting corners here. With so many varieties so I never get sick of anything you can’t go wrong. Every time I heat my meals up everyone always ask what smells so good. You won’t be disappointed!

Diet is my biggest problem when it comes to weight loss, for me portion size is my issue. My wife and I have a toddler, cooking, planning weighing out, it’s all to much. This has been the best move for our family as we all eat these meals! The sizes are perfect, I feel full after the meals, I started out Jan 1st at 222lbs as I write this today I’m down 7 lbs and weight 215, combination of gym and these meals I’m stronger and feel great! If you’re looking for tasty quality meals and to loose weight you’ve come to the place. You won’t be disappointed!
