I just wanted to say that Dr. Fredericks Professionalism was top notch. He and his entire staff made my office visit go very smoothly. Special shoutout to Chrissy and Ashley in the Front and Nicole the Assistant who were super helpful as well.

What a wonderful experience I had here with my two sons (11 & 13). We were kindly greeted when we first walked in, the waiting room was very clean and played some nice tunes while waiting. Chrissy was so accommodating to me and my family. The hygienist were so sweet to my boys and made them feel comfortable. Highly recommend them.

Going to the dentist is hard enough so when I needed to go I felt I wanted a change. My daughter recommended Dental365 of Brick. When I walked in I immediately felt welcomed. The ladies at the front desk, Chris and Ashley, were very happy and greeted me with huge smiles. The dentist, Dr. Fredericks was amazing! During my checking out, Chris and Ashley, couldn't do enough for me. Between crunching numbers, explaining every detail I needed to know about upcoming appointments, they made sure I was feeling good. Let's face it, the front desk is who represents the doctors. I whole heartedly recommend Dental 365.

After putting off dental work for years, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Dental365 of Brick. Dr. Fredericks is personable, professional, compassionate and knowledgeable about your care. His hygienist, Gabby, was WONDERFUL!! She cares about her patients and makes it very obvious that she has a passion for what she does. The office manager, Chrissy, makes you feel welcomed and heard. Each step of way I was well taken care of and it was definitely not unnoticed

I’m so glad they opened a Dental 365 office in Brick. The office is in a convenient location and the office hours are good. The entire staff are great to deal with. They are all professional, courteous and friendly.
Dr. Singh is excellent, honest and straight forward and very clear in explaining what treatments needs to be done. Also, she is very careful in performing the treatments and the outcome is always perfect. Chrissy, the office manager is awesome to talk to, very pleasant and explains in detail the costs involved with whatever service you would need or looking for. She is also very clear and helpful in going over the insurance coverage part, etc. Maria, the dental assistant is very good with taking x-rays and prepares you for the treatment. She is gracious and caring. She makes you feel relaxed and comfortable, as if you have known her for a long time. Last, but not the least, Mackenzie the dental hygienist does a wonderful job in the teeth cleaning process and makes good recommendations on preventive care. She is very nice and really focused on her work. I highly recommend this place to everyone for a great, positive experience.
