Had a great experience with Matt and Zack today. Both of them are super friendly and knowledgeable, helped me shop around for some new games to add to my backlog lol. Zack also replaced the batteries in my old gameboy pokemon carts. The service was quick and professional will definitely be back! Thanks boys! I came into J2 by a recommendation to sell or trade a game console and some older games. I called and spoke to Zach He explained to me on the phone the stores policies and he was very informative but when i got to the store he and Matthew his Co Worker were even better there help and knowledge were above and beyond. They deserve the Best honor the owner of this establishment can bestow on them I will be recommending this game store to others and I will be back because I love gaming but also because of Zach and Matthew.

I was there last Thursday for a PSP issue. The manager, Zack, was really insightful and knew his stuff and in the end the PSP was working again. Plus the prices of the games are really good compared to other stores like it. I go to school not too far from here and going here is one of the highlights of the area for me
