I love this Mikes location, every time I go here I’m greeted by an amazing crew, they’re always so sweet

Great service! Spotless location. Very efficient. I walked in the door, was greeted with a big “hi” and they started the order before I even got in line!

What happen today nearly brought tears to our eyes. My wife and I were picking up lunch for friends of ours. While making our sandwiches, the gentleman slicing the meat asked if we had any plans for the weekend. We proceeded to tell him how we were picking up lunch to meet friends where one was recovering from a successful cancer surgery. When we went to pay for the meal, the manager who overheard what we were talking about informed us the meal was taken care of and that the meal was on Jersey Mikes. They even wrote a “get well soon” message on the sandwich.

Some things go far beyond just the product that a company creates or serves. It’s important to remember the people that make up a business and Jersey Mikes, at least at this location in Brick, showed that their hearts are truly in their work. They showed that the human spirit is alive and well. It may not seem like a lot to some people, and they can say oh it’s just a sandwich. What they did goes far beyond the price of a sandwich. They warned our hearts and more importantly they gained out respect and admiration as life Long customers

Even though I can’t stand the fact that they are a little pricy for you actually get, they happen to make the best Philly cheese steak around. And I’ve tried many places from NYC to Philly. Never much of a wait regardless of long lines sometimes too, so all in all keep it up. 😬
