I've had Giglio Awning work on 3 separate projects for me now over the past 2 years. Tim was my consultant each time and was honest, creative, fair and beyond reliable. The entire team stands behind their work and their products. The first time I reached out to Giglio was for a simple awning cover. They didn't try to up- sell me and order something I didn't really need , instead Tim suggested he may have one in stock and gave me a great deal on it. As a result I called them when the motor broke (on an awning they did not install). Again they were able to help me out and were beyond fair and had my awning working in no time. So when I had a unique area where I wanted to try to build a shade and also gain some privacy Tim came up with a great solution.
Bottom line is if I owned a business this is exactly how I would run it.

The installers were great as well. Our neighbors saw our new awnings and they got awnings for their home. We love our awnings and would recommend Giglio Awnings every time.
